Presently, overseas after-sale service personnel have been assigned to major international market, including the U.S.A., Germany, Turkey, Australia, Nigeria, Sudan, Pakistan, Philippine, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Russia, Morocco, Kenya, South Africa, Thailand, Brazil etc., for the purpose of after-sale service. Technical service centers will be gradually established in more than 80 countries in the future, and there will be 800 regional customer service technical centers, 3000 contributing maintenance stations in China and more than 2000 fitting sellers. The aforesaid facilities will form a 3-tier service network to provide broad customers with quick and considerate service, where Zongshen service system is the core, regional service center is the pivot and maintenance station network is the leader.

The Fitting Logistic Center applies efficient integrated "ERP" resources management system, and thus properly solving the problems on finished automobile status and fitting codes and quickly and accurately responds to the demands for fittings from planning to implementation. The center has approximately 10,000 modernized storage locations, which ensures adequate storage space for diversified products. The sufficient and reasonable inventory is helpful to provide adequate fittings at one time.
